    Slow day on the line for me. Still riding yesterday's high. Didn't try anymore 360s or anything else really new. Mostly just jumped around and had a good time.

    I'm definitely getting more flexible but there's still lots of work/pain to go. It really is a long road. I wont give up though.

    I have a very minor shoulder injury. It doesn't bother me at all during normal activities only when I load it for gutstands/elbow levers. I think I slept on it funny. Going to lay off the upper body stuff for a few days and see if that helps.

    Onearm pushups eh? You're bad-ass.
