2.5 Hours Shortline - 1.5 Hours Stretching Landed 2 more 360s bringing my total to 10 which was my goal before the wallflip (it's supposed to rain tomorrow so I might just be stretching). Started working gutstands seriously again; my shoulder handled it well and seems to be better for the most part. I'm calling the new mount I got yesterday a frog mount. Just looked for a video but couldn't find one so I'll show you in a few days.
I'm best at the pancake stretch (#2) but I'm getting better at the other two.
