Rest day.

    I haven't stretched in a while. It's good to get back into the swing of things. I don't feel like the stretch hiatus has negatively impacted me that much. If anything I feel a little bit more flexible.

    Landed a knee bounce to stand today. Started from my knees and bounced up to my feet. This might be progress toward butt bounces but who knows.
