Hang Squat Cleans/GHDs

3 rounds for time of
10 Hang squat cleans at 95lbs
20 GHD sit-ups

Broke up the second set of cleans, should have pushed through those like I did in the last set. I really need to figure out how to do GHDs such that they don't hurt my back. I guess that leg straightening thing might be the key but I don't really know.
