Did this on June 11 in 12:15. I like this workout. I've been thinking about doing Cindy but I didn't want to do something that long. Also, I forgot my shoes so I didn't want to go down to the weight room.

Double unders- tried for a PR rockin' my boots and got it: 85
3 Hours Club Meeting
ReplyDeleteSetup 3 lines and played around for awhile. Lots of people showed up (7) and some newbies picked it up surprisingly quickly. I wiped out a couple times trying some butt bounces...didn't really try any new moves. It was good to see Mel and the crew again after such a long break. There's serious talk of us finding a pit at a local gymnastics gym and setting up there which would be AWESOME.
