    HSPUs (worked on arms in front of chest instead of out to the side)
    Front Lever Progressions w/o timing
    15-20 Pull ups with various grips
    15-20 Leg lifts with various grips

    Bad day for planche progressions today. Probably because I worked my HSPUs first.
