WOD
3 rounds for time of of:
50 pushups
50 situps (unanchored)
50 squats

My time: 11:19
Not bad considering my 2.5 hours of sleep. Situps take a long time, I think they have a negative effect on the WOD overall when done unanchored since it's so slow. Thoughts?

Earlier today I did a couple sets of max rep pullups: new PR of 15
Handstand kickups but too tired to really do anything productive

    This was not my best performance and I can attribute it to 2 things. First, I was practicing my turtle A LOT today so my arms were pretty worn and the push ups were WAY tougher than usual (which is why I did 86.6% scaled; did the first round with 50, realized I was beat from the turtles and did the last 2 rounds with 40). Second, I didn't sleep 2 nights ago (~30hrs w/o sleep). Sit ups were slow but my entire workout was slow so I'm not in a position to judge. My turtle is getting pretty good btw. I can hold it for >10 seconds on the line and even longer than that on the ground.
