Rest day.

Today's rest day tip: stretch. I did the P90X stretching routine tonight, it's good.

  2. Hahahaha. I went into GNC near here, was thinking about actually buying something. The dude was HUGE douche to me so... I didn't even really consider it. Also, he said to not bother with the fancy stuff and stick with the 100% whey- pretty interesting.
