Substituted elevated pushups for ring pushups since I don't have rings. Did full workout in 10:09.
While I was looking for something to substitute for ring pushups I found this video of a badass (from now on I will abbreviate "video of a badass" as VoaB): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xdA-T8VC5R0&NR=1
Further diagnosis of my pushup problem: I think my left arm consistently locks before my right and I also use it to support more of my weight throughout the motion. Any tips are appreciated.
Tried to psych myself up and try a backflip on my mattress today but at the last second I decided my arms would hit the cieling. I need a spotter.
Allow me to paste this from Monday's post: "subs: I would try med ball pushups for ring pushups, use either one or two med balls."
I would try to do some one arm pushups (do progressions) and just keep doing stuff, the imbalances should generally work themselves out as far as I know.
