For time:
90 seconds of jumping rope
50 lunges 
50 pushups 
50 situps
90 seconds of jumping rope
40 lunges 
40 pushups 
40 situps
90 seconds of jumping rope
30 lunges 
30 pushups 
30 situps
90 seconds of jumping rope 
20 lunges 
20 pushups 
20 situps
90 seconds of jumping rope
10 lunges 
10 pushups 
10 situps

Situps done unanchored and each lunge is 1 rep, alternate legs

Skills
My hamstring was not happy so I just stretched. If you have the energy I suggest jump rope skills practice.

    What does 80% scaled means for this workout?
    For every "10" take off "2" so I did:

    72 seconds of jumping rope
    40 lunges
    40 pushups
    40 situps
    72 seconds of jumping rope
    32 lunges

    24 lunges
    24 pushups
    24 situps
    72 seconds of jumping rope

  2. I'm pretty sure I favor my right arm during pushups (and I think I have for a few years). Any tips that might help me correct for that would be helpful.
