Situps done unanchored and each lunge is 1 rep, alternate legs

Skills
My hamstring was not happy so I just stretched. If you have the energy I suggest jump rope skills practice.

For every "10" take off "2" so I did:

I'm pretty sure I favor my right arm during pushups (and I think I have for a few years). Any tips that might help me correct for that would be helpful.
