40m walk with sandbag (I think it's ~65lbs)*
15 wallballs (20lb ball, approx 10' target)

*Did first set overhead, then couldn't keep it up so to keep the intensity up I just held it however I could
Skills
Moving a sandbag and med ball in and out of the car and carrying them (pre and post)
A couple muscle ups and a lot of fails (pre)
A few double unders (pre)
