30 kettlebell swings (35lb)
15 knees to elbows
30 superman
Made this up, it was not well designed. Shouldn't put the KB swings and the knees to elbows together- the limiting factor was grip and it ruined the intensity. I haven't made up many workouts so I'll use this as a learning experience.
