I then stretched and did 2-2-2-2-2-2 weighted pull-ups (20lbs) and some L-sits

    I may have been swinging a little on the knees to elbows. Did my best to follow the vid. I also did 70 lunges. For some reason I was counting each leg as 1/2 rep.

    Also, firefox will not let me post comments on your blog. I have to use IE.
