*In honor of USAF SSgt Travis L. Griffin, 28, who was killed April 3, 2008 in the Rasheed district of Baghdad by an IED strike to his vehicle. Travis is survived by his son Elijah.

    Ran the 8s @ 2 mile pace (41-42s for the 2). Ran backwards as hard as I could. Damn running backwards is tough.

  2. Yeah, this WOD was pretty rough. Good work on this one. Looking at the comments from when people that post on the main site did it, both of our times are pretty good.

    I definitely ran the first 800 too hard, I've never been good at the pacing thing. Two mile pace was probably a good move.
