Power cleaned weight to front rack. Last set was disappointing but whatever. Not a bad session. Need to work on my form a little with this lift, move the bar straighter.

ReplyDeleteFirst front flip attempts landing on the line. Mel and I "got pressured" into trying these by the new freshmen Hannah who said that if we tied a low line with padding she would start working flips. We were like "aw helllll no...we ain't gon let no freshmen show us up." Neither of us landed any but the verdict is they're not that bad (actually kind of fun for me) and I think in 2-4 weeks I might be able to hit one. I also videotaped almost all the attempts so I can hopefully get my first one on camera.
