Double Under/Power Snatch

Crossfit Open WOD 1, attempt 2
AMRAP 10 mins
30 double unders
15 barbell ground to overhead (75lbs)

5 rounds
Last time I got 4 rounds + 30 double unders + 8 snatches

    Worked front flips and yokohama's to 360 bb's. Hurt my right foot trying to bunny hop over Mel and had to tone the session down after that. I also tried to walk the 1" with Mel on my back...I think I could do it if she didn't have to jump on me.

    I started filming Mel so we can make her a video. She tried a couple back flips and front flips but mostly focused on bb/chestbounce combos.

    Nice work on your workout. I was sure you weren't going to finish that last set. Pretty sure you did an extra ground to overhead in the end though.
