2.5 Hours Double Line First bb 180 and 180 to bb. At this point I have landed a lot of things once and I really need to start working on consistency. Mel worked switch bb, sticky buns, and chest bounces. We're also both pretty psyched for high-lining next week.

20 Minute Run
High-lining? 20 minute run?
ReplyDeleteMel and I went for a ~20 min run before slacklining (I mentioned that I had an urge to run the other day and she asked if I wanted to run with her)
ReplyDeleteWe're going to Plattsburgh for the first weekend of break to walk our first high line. I know a guy who ties them so it should be pretty fun
