GHD/Squat/Double Under

5 rounds for time of
10 GHD situps
20 squats
30 double unders

GHDs cause a lot of pain in my back still, not sure how to fix it.

Did some stretching and foam rolling.

    First bb 180 and 180 to bb. At this point I have landed a lot of things once and I really need to start working on consistency. Mel worked switch bb, sticky buns, and chest bounces. We're also both pretty psyched for high-lining next week.


    20 Minute Run

  2. Mel and I went for a ~20 min run before slacklining (I mentioned that I had an urge to run the other day and she asked if I wanted to run with her)

    We're going to Plattsburgh for the first weekend of break to walk our first high line. I know a guy who ties them so it should be pretty fun
