Not sure what it is, but I had a hard time hitting chest to bar, I pretty much counted every rep though. This is something I'll have to work on. Also, it was much harder to string chest to bars together than regular pull-ups.
I tried rowing with the damper much lower for this WOD, I think it's probably better for me- lower damper and higher strokes/min. Really fun workout.
