Double Unders, Stretching

I got a new cable for my jump rope since my old one was fraying. I practiced double unders for a bit and stretched/did mobility drills.

    It was 68 out so I spent the first hour outside teaching people how to walk the line and working front flips. Then moved inside to avoid the darkness and worked yokohama's and bb 360s. Also tried some sicknasties but I haven't quite figured out the rotation yet. The secret to bb tricks seems to be air which boils down to how high you drop into them from.

    Hannah is a little crazy and a lot ambitious. She's trying to move straight to the chest bounces and butt bounces and flips and cartwheels without getting really comfortable on the line first. I admire her determination and fearlessness but I'm a little afraid she's gonna hurt herself. Mel was working sticky bb's and bb combos. Two other newer members spent most of their time getting comfortable on a shorter line.
